Terms and Conditions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any order form, subscription plan description, or additional written agreement we enter into with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sahab Company concerning Sahabbox, unless a separate negotiated contract expressly supersedes them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Sahabbox. We may refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel subscriptions where necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or to enforce this agreement.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and access tokens. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Organization administrators may create, manage, and deactivate user accounts within their workspace. Individual users agree that organizational policies and administrator actions may affect their access to Customer Content.

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and meet any age or eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. Sahabbox is not offered for personal use by children.

Sahabbox is offered under free, trial, or paid subscription plans as described on our pricing pages or in a separate order. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation process available in the product or by contacting us.

Fees are due as stated at purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Taxes may apply based on your location and will be charged where required.

We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect for a new billing period constitutes acceptance of the new fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

You (or your organization) retain ownership of files and other Customer Content you upload to Sahabbox. You grant Sahab Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely as needed to provide and secure the service, including backups, malware scanning where applicable, and technical operations.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Customer Content and to grant the license above, and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Content.

We do not claim ownership of your files. When you delete content or close an account, we will handle deletion according to our Privacy Policy and technical deletion schedules, subject to legal retention requirements and shared copies retained by other authorized users.

We strive to keep Sahabbox available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, force majeure events, and security incidents may affect availability.

We may modify features, impose reasonable usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service with notice where practicable. Material reductions to paid plan capabilities will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner, which may include migration assistance or pro-rata credits where required by your plan terms or applicable law.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with Sahabbox. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect that information and will not disclose it to third parties except to personnel and subprocessors who need it to perform under these Terms and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality, or required to be disclosed by law — in which case the receiving party will provide notice where legally permitted.

Sahabbox, including its software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Sahab Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service according to your subscription — not ownership of the platform itself.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of Sahabbox except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law. Feedback you provide about the service may be used by Sahab Company without obligation to you.

Third-party software or open-source components included in or linked from Sahabbox remain subject to their respective licenses.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or a separate written agreement, Sahabbox is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahab Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet all of your requirements, be free of viruses or harmful components introduced by third parties, or that Customer Content will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data where appropriate for your risk tolerance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sahab Company and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to Sahabbox or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to Sahabbox or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Sahab Company for Sahabbox in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) if you have not paid fees in that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sahab Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use of Sahabbox in violation of these Terms, the Terms of Use, or applicable law; (c) your infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights; or (d) disputes between you and your end users, collaborators, or organization members.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

You may stop using Sahabbox and close your account at any time through available account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Organization administrators may terminate user access within their workspace according to their policies.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk to the service or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy, except in cases involving security threats, illegal activity, or repeated violations.

Upon termination, your right to access Sahabbox ends. We may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period following termination, subject to our Privacy Policy and any data export options available before closure. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sahab Company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings. Courts with competent jurisdiction over Sahab Company’s principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides you with a right to bring claims in your local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Sahabbox, law, or our business practices. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required — for example by email or in-product notification.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Sahabbox and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
