Terms of use
Rules for acceptable use of Sahabbox — what you may do, what you must not do, and how we enforce them.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Use explain the behavioral and operational rules that apply when you access Sahabbox. They complement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using Sahabbox, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or other enforcement action. Questions: [email protected] or /contact.
These Terms of Use apply to all users of Sahabbox — including individual account holders, organization members, administrators, API consumers, and anyone who accesses shared links or public previews made available through the service.
If a provision here conflicts with a separately negotiated enterprise agreement signed by Sahab Company, the enterprise agreement controls for the conflicting subject matter. Otherwise, these rules apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions.
You may use Sahabbox only if you can form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. You must not use the service if you have previously been suspended or banned for serious violations, unless we have expressly reinstated access.
Organization accounts may impose additional eligibility or conduct rules. Those internal policies do not reduce your obligations under these Terms of Use.
Keep login credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords or organization-managed authentication where available. Do not share passwords. If your organization requires single sign-on or multi-factor authentication, you must comply with those controls.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for configuring roles and permissions appropriately and for promptly removing access when users leave the organization.
Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about security, billing, and service notices.
Sahabbox is designed for lawful storage, organization, and sharing of files. You agree to use the service in a manner that respects others, protects security, and stays within your plan’s intended capacity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sahabbox. We may investigate suspected violations and take enforcement action without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.
Security is a shared responsibility. We secure the platform; you secure how you use it. Protect devices used to access Sahabbox, sign out of shared computers, and review active sessions and sharing settings regularly.
If you discover a security incident involving your account or Customer Content, notify us promptly at [email protected] and take reasonable steps to mitigate harm, such as rotating credentials and revoking compromised links.
Do not intentionally introduce vulnerabilities into the service or encourage others to abuse Sahabbox infrastructure.
If you use Sahabbox APIs, SDKs, or automation tools, you must follow published documentation, authentication requirements, and rate limits. API credentials are confidential and must not be embedded in public repositories or shared with unauthorized parties.
Automated access that degrades service performance, circumvents plan limits, or harvests data at scale without authorization is prohibited. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access to protect the platform.
We may monitor use of Sahabbox for security, abuse prevention, capacity planning, and compliance with these Terms of Use — using logs, automated detectors, and, where necessary, manual review of metadata or reports. We do not routinely inspect Customer Content except as needed to provide the service, respond to support requests you initiate, investigate suspected violations, or comply with law.
We may preserve and review relevant information when we receive credible abuse reports, legal process, or evidence of a threat to the service or users.
Depending on the severity and context of a violation, we may warn you, require remediation, remove or disable content, throttle usage, suspend accounts, terminate access, report activity to law enforcement, or pursue other remedies available under law and our Terms and Conditions.
Organization administrators may receive notice of enforcement actions affecting their workspace. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent bans. Appeals or clarification requests may be sent to [email protected] or submitted via /contact.
We may update these Terms of Use as Sahabbox evolves or as legal and security requirements change. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Continued use of Sahabbox after changes take effect means you accept the updated rules. If you disagree, stop using the service and close your account.
For questions about acceptable use, to report abuse, or to discuss an enforcement action, contact Sahab Company at [email protected] or use the contact form at /contact.
